Millifiore Beads

Millifiore translates as "little flowers" which describes the patterns of fused glass that is pressed into the body of these beads.  They were made in Venice starting around 1830 and mostly traded to African tribes.

Great pair of little millifiores made in the Venice, Italy area circa 1850 to 1900.  These are really awesome beads!

This lot contains three very, very old millifiores circa early 1700s.  These are some of the oldest millifiores I've ever owned.  I'd be willing to split this lot up if you'd like.
