Skunk Beads
"Skunk beads" is a pretty widely used name and encompasses several
bead types and styles. Purists only refer to the old black and red beads with just spots on them, also called "eye beads,"
but many old beads with a black and white pattern are often referred to as skunk beads. I've used the broader definition
here and included some of the very old striped skunk beads.
